Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Meet new people and add them to our database to develop new business relationships. This is a contact sport.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Self-motivation and drive
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Must be able to work in-office initially, and willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed
- Fluency in Spanish would be a big plus but not a must
