Job Description
  • Copying, printing, scanning
  • Process check requests
  • Process vendor set ups
  • Coordinate approvals as needed
  • Pull Yardi reports
  • Assist with monthly expense reports
  • Assist with Development meeting minutes
  • Save various documents in OneDrive
  • Organize folders in the Development drive
  • Zoom meeting scheduling as needed
  • Set up for in-person meetings
  • Order office supplies for team
  • Distribute mail/ship packages
  • Organize Development storage room
  • Perform other projects as requested by Development team members
  • Minimum of one year experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including email correspondence
  • Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
  • Knowledge of real estate and property industry is a plus
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, higher education is a plus
  • Legally eligible to work in the specified location
