Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. The Marketing Operations Specialist will contribute to the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.They will also ensure our marketing materials are up to date, oversee campaign tracking and analytics, and manage the budget for all marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will have a key role in building process, procedure, and capability, change management efforts and implementing best practices within the department. They will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to refine operational strategies, ensuring the effective execution of business objectives and strategic goals.
They will take a lead role in the firm’s most important marketing and business development projects and all aspects of department infrastructure management.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will collaborate daily with marketing and business development colleagues and stakeholders across the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Apply firm and department strategy, to the goals, process, and implementation of all aspects of projects.
- Independently lead and project-manage specific workstreams within projects. Develop comprehensive timelines and action plans to ensure efficient and timely delivery on project goals.
- Identify areas to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate effectively with key business support colleagues across the firm on all marketing operations projects and deliverables, as required, including assisting, or leading on the development, streamlining, improvement, and maintenance of workflows and processes.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner and develop and implement strategies to optimize these campaigns and initiatives and measure ROI.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Manage the budget for all marketing initiatives, including tracking expenditures and forecasting future spend. Collaborate with Finance on critical data collection points and monitoring process, including proactive risk assessment of spend. Report on budget position throughout the year to all levels of the firm, as required.
- Take a lead role in identifying, enhancing, and maintaining systems and best practices across operational aspects of marketing. Provide creativity, innovation, and practical solutions for the continuous development and centralization processes, understanding details within a larger context.
- Ensure marketing materials are up-to-date, accurate, organized and easily accessible.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis, identifying industry trends and patterns to determine areas of opportunity.
- Track marketing campaign performance, analyze metrics and generate reports to measure their performance and effectiveness and provide actionable insights to leadership for data-driven decision making.
- Track issues, action items and milestones in support of marketing operations initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of tracking and measuring key metrics, data analytics and reporting.
- Effective and articulate communicator, both orally and in writing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of role and responsibilities with excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize effectively and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solutions oriented with strong problem-solving skills to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
- Process driven mindset with the capability to cultivate innovation.
- Confident, with high energy, enthusiasm, superior client service skills with a positive attitude.

In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
New York: $73,900 - $112,650
Working Conditions:
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
