PE required or in process of obtaining for candidates with 8 or more years of experience.

Qualifications:
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- PE required or in process of obtaining for candidates with 8 or more years of experience.
- LEED certification is desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical design for commercial, educational, and government facility projects.
- Experience with design and analysis of air and hydronic distribution systems, refrigeration, boilers, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and controls for building HVAC systems.
- Experience with design and analysis of plumbing systems.
- Construction observation experience.
- Working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry design standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, Carrier HAP Program (or similar load estimating programs), Microsoft Office.
