Security Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust security systems within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing security systems within our IT network.
As a Security Architect, you will be expected to maintain an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the company’s technology and information systems. Responsibilities: Developing and designing security architectures and standards for the organization’s IT system.
Identifying and mitigating potential security risks across the organization. Developing the company's disaster recovery and incident response plans. Initiating, facilitating, and promoting activities to foster information security awareness within the organization.
Implementing security improvements by assessing the current situation and evaluating trends and anticipating requirements. Determining security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits. Conducting ongoing security research to stay updated on the latest security standards, systems, and authentication protocols Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Master’s degree will be a plus. detail oriented security management certification, such as Certified Information Systems Security detail oriented (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is strongly desired. Proven experience as a Security Architect or similar role in cybersecurity.

Comprehensive understanding of computer and network security, authentication and security protocols, and cryptography. Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to guide and educate others on information security.
