Project Manager

We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Project Manager in Foothill Ranch, California. The role is within our quality assurance team in the supply chain industry. As a Project Manager, your primary function will be to ensure the quality of products being supplied to our branches.

• Manage quality-related issues associated with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall quality of the supply chain.
• Implement and maintain the company's quality systems and protocols.
• Establish relationships with customers across the company.
• Comply with the necessary quality requirements.
• Continually enhance the manufacturing and distribution processes for achieving top-quality and successful product launches.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
• Work closely with sales and purchasing teams in determining the acceptance of a product or continuation of business with a vendor based on supplier quality engineer reviews.
• Select output samples and conduct checks using suitable methods.
• Utilize skills in Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database management.
• Apply knowledge in EO/IR systems, About Time, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Adhere to Budget Processes and demonstrate excellent Communication skills.
• Use Construction, Manufacturing, QA Testing, QA
• Quality Assurance, and QA Management skills to deliver top-notch work.
• Proficient in Cloud Technologies to manage and implement cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to effectively manage client relationships.
• Knowledge of Database structures and management to handle large amounts of data.
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems for effective project management.
• Proficiency in About Time software for efficient time and attendance management.
• Agile Scrum certification or experience to manage projects in an agile environment.
• Understanding of Budget Processes for effective financial management of projects.
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in Construction or Manufacturing industries is desirable.
• Proficiency in QA Testing to ensure the quality of project outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles and how to apply them to projects.
• Experience in QA Management, ensuring the quality of project outcomes on a larger scale.
