Customer Service Representative

This role requires a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of working from home and onsite.

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses
• Keep track of customer accounts and take the necessary action when required
• Ensure all business transactions are processed accurately across multiple systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce
• Monitor and manage the Consumer Loyalty Program
• Update and maintain customer accounts regularly
• Assist in the placement of orders and keep track of their status
• Work on special projects as directed by management
• Gather and document important customer information
• Handle promotional and training product-related tasks. • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative for a minimum of 2 years
• Proficiency in handling and answering inbound calls
• Experience working in a call center customer service environment
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries
• Proficiency in data entry tasks
• Experience with email correspondence, ideally in a customer service setting
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience with order entry tasks
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently
