Vendor Management Auditor
job summary: In office hybrid schedule 2-3 times a week, can work out of SNO, IRV, NYO
Duties- Document current invoice reconciliation process for IT goods from acquisition to disposal
- Identify and document risks that could lead to unexpected costs and exposure
- Document the current tracking and reporting processes for invoicing our IT goods with the current cost's controls and financial checks for governance
- Collaborate (and document) with IT, Sourcing, and Finance teams on their current roles and responsibilities within this space.
- Based on findings, propose a solution that solves for end-to-end invoice reconciliation workflow while ensuring IT asset policies and regulations are adhered too

responsibilities:
Preferred Requirements- A Bachelor's degree and or a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a financial analyst
- strong understanding of invoice reconciliation workflow tracking and reporting
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in understanding and designing invoice reconciliation workflow processes
- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Project Management (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Risk Management (3 years of experience is preferred)
