Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team based in Norwood, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Service team, setting and monitoring key performance indicators, as well as developing and implementing strategies to meet department and company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the Customer Service team, maintaining accountability for productivity and accuracy
- Develop and implement strategies to meet departmental and company objectives
- Evaluate team performance, offering feedback and disciplinary action as necessary
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures within the Customer Service team
- Collaborate with other department managers to communicate company policy changes

- Ability to work independently to investigate and make decisions
- Ability to prioritize and complete work amidst interruptions in a busy work area
- Available during normal hours of operation
- Ability to comply with guidelines both internal and industry-imposed
