L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Business Analyst.-Lead requirements gathering sessions with business team.-Convert requirements into business requirements document and/or user stories.
Requirements should live in Confluence, user stories in Jira.-Lead requirements review/refinement sessions with the business until all requirements are approved/signed off.-Create As Is and To Be artifacts: context diagrams, workflows, use cases, requirements.-Become subject matter expert (SME) in future state application and act as go-to person for any questions regarding requirements, from all team members: business, developers, QA testers.-Escalate any issues to project manager so that they can help with mitigation.
