Join us in supporting a great company as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice, the knowledgeable resource, and the problem-solver for clients. You'll communicate via phone, email, and web chat, ensuring that every interaction is polite and professional.

This is an opportunity to become an expert in a range of innovative products and provide exceptional support to clients. Training will take place on-site, with the role transitioning to remote after training is complete.

salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Be polite and professional across all three contact mediums (Phones, Emails and Web Chat)
Have an exceptional attendance record
Have the ability to learn each product and explain the product details to clients after completing training
