Program Manager

Job Summary:

The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Work directly with cross-functional teams managing priorities and overseeing agile processes and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Communicate project status updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to project team members.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for future reference.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in program management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex projects or programs from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working in a technology or software development environment is a plus.
• Prior experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable.
