We are in the non-profit sector, located in Newport, Kentucky. Our team is seeking a part time HR Recruiter for a short-term contract employment opportunity. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on utilizing various online recruiting systems to find and engage talent for our various sites.
Responsibilities:- Utilize online recruiting systems like LinkedIn Career Center, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Facebook, Glassdoor, and Handshake to find potential candidates.
- Innovatively schedule interviews using job boards and other resources.
- Provide fresh ideas and strategies in the recruiting space.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency with ADP and HRIS
- Human Resources Info Systems.
- Take initiative to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience.
- Conduct full cycle recruiting to ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
- Use your creativity and knowledge of the industry to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and their progress through the recruitment process.
- Use Microsoft Excel to efficiently manage and organize recruitment data.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge and experience with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Strong decision-making skills.
