• Conduct RSVP calls for an upcoming realtor event
• Efficiently manage the scheduling of the event
• Ensure all event related tasks are executed within the given timeframe
• Maintain and update event records accurately
• Utilize purchase order number 26448 for the event
• Handle inquiries related to the event
• Perform filing duties when required
• Monitor and take appropriate actions on customer accounts
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Process customer applications with attention to detail. • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.
• Able to resolve customer complaints and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
