Accounting Specialist

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in the Wholesale Distribution - Non-Durable industry, based in Napa, California. As an Accounting Specialist, your role will be pivotal in managing accounting tasks and operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting laws, principles and company policies.

• Handle financial reporting tasks, including the preparation of financial statements and budget analysis.
• Manage and improve inventory processes, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving of products.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and purchases.
• Ensure compliance with accounting laws, principles, and company policies.
• Assist in production planning and scheduling, coordinating with sales and logistics departments for smooth operations.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct internal audits periodically to confirm the accuracy of financial management.
• Leverage your skills in 'Accounting Software Systems', 'ADP
• Financial Services', 'Ceridian', 'Concur', 'ERP
• Enterprise Resource Planning', 'Accounting Functions', 'Accounts Payable (AP)', 'Accounts Receivable (AR)', 'Auditing', 'Billing Functions' to perform your tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP
• Financial Services
• Familiarity with Concur & NetSuite software
• Comprehensive understanding and execution of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform Auditing tasks
• Proficiency in Billing Functions
