Responsibilities
Job Orders and Assignments:
▪ Take job orders from those individuals designated by Client.
▪ Notify Client departments with names of Contract Labor for assignments.
▪ Arrange for replacements when necessary.
▪ Conduct worksite evaluations, facility inspections and job observations to promote and ensure safety.
Day to Day Contract Labor Management:
▪ Oversee interviewing, recruiting, selecting, on-boarding, testing, and reference checking.
▪ Orient new Contract Labor, administering all applicable forms.
▪ Handle complaints or problems relating to Contract Labor, counseling Contract Labor as necessary.
▪ Conduct performance management program with all Contract Labor.
▪ Process payroll based on approved time.
▪ Conduct employee engagement program.
