Vendor Coordinator - Siemens Partner Program

Overview:

GCG Automation & Factory Solutions (AFS) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vendor Coordinator to join our team and manage our Partner Program with Siemens!

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive the optimization of our partnership with Siemens, a global technology leader, through the Market Builder Program.

As our Vendor Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing our incentive payouts and maintaining advantageous tiered pricing levels. Your work will directly impact our bottom line and strengthen our strategic alliance with Siemens. You'll collaborate with various internal departments and external partners, gaining valuable insights into channel partner dynamics and program management.

Upon completion of training, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement. Preferred location for the individual in this role is the Dayton, OH area or the Greater Milwaukee, WI area to allow for ease of travel to corporate facilities for training and related corporate events.

What you’ll do
  • Oversee and track Siemens Market Builder Program KPIs, including sales revenue targets, certification progress, and exclusivity status
  • Manage co-op funding, including balance oversight, reimbursement processes, and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Monitor and report on quarterly stock rotation opportunities
  • Assist in annual and quarterly Siemens business planning activities
  • Coordinate Siemens trainings and events, including SITRAIN and SIPEC
  • Manage and follow up on Siemens leads using Salesforce and the Siemens Partner Collaboration Site
  • Participate in Siemens Digital Marketing Program opportunities to ensure compliance and secure payouts
  • Prepare and deliver monthly program reports to leadership
  • Engage with Siemens Business Units to understand annual Go-To-Market plans
  • Monitor and ensure tiered pricing policy compliance
What you’ll bring
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret complex program metrics
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal departments and external partners
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Familiarity with channel partner programs in the technology or industrial sectors (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for program optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
