Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (AP):
• Perform hands-on AP processing, including 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Process vendor payments and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Journal Entries & Reconciliations:
• Prepare journal entries for month-end close and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.
• Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Restaurant Administration:
• Ensure utilities and operational services remain functional at all restaurant locations.
• Coordinate with vendors for new and existing restaurant setups.
• Financial Reporting:
• Assist in preparing financial reports to support management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
• Work closely with restaurant managers and other departments to address financial and operational needs.
