Purchasing Specialist

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our services by maintaining precise records, managing customer queries, and overseeing customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process credit applications of customers.
• Manage and maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records.
• Handle customer inquiries effectively and promptly.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.
• Work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing tasks.
• Learn new tasks quickly and understand the larger context of your role within the team.
• Contribute to our mission-driven approach by providing top-notch service.
• Adapt to our rapidly growing environment and contribute to team goals.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a purchasing role within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Data Entry, with a strong attention to detail
• Experience in Invoice Processing, demonstrating a capacity to manage financial records
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
• Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving cost savings
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team player with the ability to also work independently when required
• High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferable
