Position Requirements:
- Any State License
- MD/DO
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Successful completion of Internship and Residency
- Board Certified in Pain Management
- Possess 2 years of clinical experience
- Must Possess 1 years of experience in Chronic Pain Management
