We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in Independence, Ohio. This role will be situated in the Financial Services industry, requiring the individual to handle multiple tasks including maintaining employee records, arranging documents in alphabetical order, and communicating with employees for necessary information.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain paper employee files efficiently
  • Digitally scan and upload employee files onto platforms such as SharePoint
  • Ensure all necessary documents are collected and in order
  • Communicate with employees to gather missing files or information
  • Conduct audits and background checks as a part of employee record management
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time for various HR-related tasks
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care
  • Use personal laptop for executing various tasks
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Perform other related benefit functions as necessary
  • Must possess a strong understanding of ADP
  • Financial Services
  • Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now
  • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required
  • Experience with Ceridian software is essential
  • Familiarity with Dayforce is beneficial
  • Proficiency in About Time software is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable experience in Auditing
  • Capable of conducting thorough Background Checks
  • Must be well-versed in Benefit Functions
  • Excellent Communication skills are a must
