Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process recruitment-related data.
• Proficiency in Paycom software is a must have.
• Update and manage various systems with necessary payroll information.
• Handle administrative tasks related to bonuses and raises.
• Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for effective records management.
• Use Paycom software for various HR functions.
• Balance direction from multiple sources while maintaining organization and the ability to multi-task.
• Carry out necessary tasks on the total rewards/administrative side.
• Ensure compliance and effective employee relations.
• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Dayforce for various HR tasks.
• Maintain clear and effective communication within the team.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the Real Estate & Property industry.
• Proficient in using ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for effective HR management.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce HR management software.
• In-depth understanding of Benefit Functions in HR management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Strong capability to manage and improve Employee Relations.
• Experience with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) administration.
• Proficiency in using Paycom for payroll and HR management.
