- $25-$29/hr We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee a manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities- Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output levels, waste, and downtime.
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
