Sr. Developer, IT Applications (2312243)

Responsible for collaborating with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements; Maintain and enhance existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms using domain driven design and test-driven development; Create detailed project specifications, requirements, estimates and troubleshoot and debug complex issues and identify and implement solutions; Research and implement new technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performance; Support the development of coding standards and adhere to best practices and security guidelines and work closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needs; Apply Customer Relationship Management design experience to develop customized solutions within the CRM platform.

This includes coding, unit testing, building applications and creating, customizing, modifying, troubleshooting and ensuring the system integrates seamlessly with other tools; Ensure the system data, third-party services, and systems are secure, resilient and compliant; Serve as the liaison between Business, IT teams, third party vendors and extended teams and acts as the technical subject matter expert (SME) on the product.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F.

Job Location: Fort Worth, TX

5 years of experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, Consultant, or any occupation in which the required experience was gained and demonstrated experience in: Azure Data Factory (ADF); Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Siebel CRM; Power BI, SSRS, and Tableau; Microsoft Azure DevOps, API Management, App Services, Function Apps and Logic Apps; Azure, Snowflake, and Oracle Cloud; REST and SOAP (JSON, WSDL, and XML); jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5; Oracle Policy Automation and Inrule BRMS; Unix Shell Script, SQL, and C#; Microsoft Office including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio; Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using ITIL, Agile, or XP.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
