Data & Operations Analyst
What we are looking for:
Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Data/Operations Analyst to join our team.
Location: Hybrid Remote to client site. Candidates must be located in the DC/MD/VA area.
The successful candidate will be accountable to:
- Identify business operations issues
- Create reports with recommendations to improve business functions
- Research business process policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate risk identification and evaluation processes, ensuring risks are adequately documented and communicated
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI
What you bring:
Experience, Education & Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ Years experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Clearance Requirements:
Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
