Job Title: Experienced Program Manager - Military Recruiting
Location: West Point, PA

Duration: 12 Months

Looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead military recruiting programs. You will work with Global Talent Acquisition and the Veteran's Leadership Network (VLN) to develop and execute military and veteran recruitment strategies, programs, and tools that support business objectives and Skills-first initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Assess and optimize current recruitment strategy
Create strategic framework to scale military recruiting programs
Research and recommend innovative programs and talent pipelines
Develop relationships with external vendors, military bases, and transition/veteran centers
Build candidate pipelines and develop local networks
Oversee and drive participation in national military events and recruiting conferences
Leverage data and analytics to inform and adjust strategy

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role
Knowledge of military and veteran recruitment strategies and programs
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and military bases
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with data analysis and reporting
