We are looking for a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team in Calabasas, California. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and preparing financial reports.

This role is within the CPA/Business Management industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the accounts payable and ensure the smooth flow of client cash
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable
  • Process payroll across various platforms
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations and close the month-end accounts
  • Prepare necessary financial statements and reports
  • Process quarterly and annual filings such as sales tax, city business licenses, 1099's
  • Oversee the financial management of multiple clients
  • Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bi-Monthly Payroll, and Bookkeeping to ensure efficient operations
  • Leverage full charge bookkeeping and business management skills to maintain accurate records and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Bookkeeping role at a CPA Firm
  • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) management
  • Demonstrated experience with bi-Monthly Payroll
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping
  • Experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper is a must
  • Solid understanding and experience in Business management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
