Responsibilities:
- Coordinating front desk activities and managing heavy foot traffic
- Processing patient demographic information including phone numbers, insurance details, addresses, reason for appointment, referring entities, and record retrieval locations
- Delivering outstanding customer service while handling incoming/outgoing calls
- Utilizing administrative skills for tasks such as data entry and organizing files
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various tasks
- Employing basic medical terminology knowledge to ensure clear communication
- Handling patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Answering multi-line phone system effectively and courteously.
- Fluency in Vietnamese is required
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, with a proven ability to handle various administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System, demonstrating excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for patients and staff.
- Proficiency in Data Entry, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word, demonstrating strong technical skills.
