We are seeking a Data/Information Architect to join our team in the Energy industry based in Houston, Texas. As a Data/Information Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic data and AI initiatives, developing and maintaining data governance standards, and guiding teams to leverage data for competitive advantage and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Transform data into actionable insights by leading cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, data visualization engineers, etc.
• Develop efficient data architectures for gathering, storing, and retrieving data across Enterprise (IT and OT) systems
• Collaborate with internal SMEs on Data Governance requirements and its impact on Cloud Services, identifying and mitigating potential gaps/risks
• Incorporate the voice of data and AI in business cases, commercial strategies, partnership explorations, and vendor pricing discussions
• Develop and execute AI strategies, models, and solutions that meet business needs
• Establish best practices for AI and machine learning, overseeing the AI lifecycle
• Ensure ethical AI practices, promoting transparency, explainability, and fairness in AI applications
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into data and AI strategies while investing in AI-ready infrastructure.
