Responsibilities
Randstad is seeking for a Patient Service Representative to support in a call center handling patient registration, scheduling appointments and any other enrollment responsibilities- 2+ years of experience in a call center or in a medical setting
- Patient Registration, appointment scheduling or health insurance enrollment experience
- Great communication skills both orally and writtent
- Ability to speak to patients in Spanish
- Must be highly organized and ability to multi-task priorities and organize workload to optimize efficiency
- Proficient with MS suite
- EMR/EHR preferred
