Operations Assistant/Coordinator
Overview:
Woodbridge Home Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Operations team. This invididual will manage documentation, track orders, and ensure effective communication amongst team members.
This is a full-time position at our Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Track job cycles
- Order jobs and necessary parts daily.
- Check vendor sites for updates or backorders and communicate with the PM and Warehouse Coordinators.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Create and interpret a variety of reports
- Generate and upload different reports and pre-Labor Bills.
- Understand company product and brand
- General office duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in document management systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in production/operations AND administration is preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
