We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. Based in Wheeling, Illinois, this role involves the implementation and management of marketing communications strategies and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will work in collaboration with various internal teams to optimize marketing communications and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and distribute consistent themes, messaging, placement, and branding throughout all communication touch points.
  • Lead all packaging-related projects, ensuring a positive consumer experience while adhering to cost, quality, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to create focused communications that reflect an understanding of our products, customers, and industry.
  • Explore and adopt new channels, methods, and platforms for optimizing marketing communications.
  • Oversee efficient processes for regulatory review and approval of communication materials, including intellectual property markings.
  • Lead packaging projects focused on meeting sustainability goals.
  • Plan and execute trade shows and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging.
  • Utilize skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management System (CMS), CRM, Database, Editorial Content, Advertisements, Blogging, Brand Awareness, Budget Processes, Campaign Planning, Tradeshows, Packaging and labeling, and Brand Design.
  • Design packages that align with the overall brand design and marketing strategy.
  • Manage the creation of editorial content and advertisements to promote brand awareness and boost campaign planning. • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a minimum of 3 years as a Marketing Communications Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Familiarity with database management.
  • Strong understanding of editorial content creation and management.
  • Proven track record in creating effective advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with blogging and online content creation.
  • Demonstrable ability to raise brand awareness.
  • Familiarity with budget processes and financial planning.
  • Proven experience in campaign planning and execution.
  • Experience in organizing and managing tradeshows.
  • Familiarity with packaging and labeling processes.
  • Experience in brand design and design packages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
