Responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Recruitment Process Management: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, handle job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Focus on maintaining and improving our talent pipeline by identifying high-potential candidates and preparing them for future roles.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding and orientation process, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and leadership teams to address staffing needs.
  • Process Improvement: Bring new ideas to the table to make our recruitment process more efficient and effective.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Special Projects: From time to time, help out with additional HR tasks and special projects.
