Responsibilities- Lead and oversee a team of wire harness assemblers to meet production schedules and quality goals.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on proper wire harness assembly techniques and best practices.
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble wire harnesses for RF electronics.
- Ensure proper wire routing, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly according to specifications.
- Conduct inspections and testing of wire harnesses to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues, ensuring compliance with electrical and RF requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline assembly processes and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine designs for manufacturability.
