Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee a team of wire harness assemblers to meet production schedules and quality goals.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on proper wire harness assembly techniques and best practices.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble wire harnesses for RF electronics.
  • Ensure proper wire routing, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly according to specifications.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of wire harnesses to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues, ensuring compliance with electrical and RF requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline assembly processes and reduce defects.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine designs for manufacturability.
