Compliance Administrative Assistant

We are on the lookout for a Compliance Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oakland, California. This role is central to our operations, as you will be tasked with processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
  • Execute data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage email correspondence, redirecting emails as necessary
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, for various administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments and manage other administrative duties as required
  • Access and navigate the EHR System, downloading documents and pulling medical records
  • Assist in the housing compliance team, helping to enroll people in housing programs
  • Adapt to supporting different departments, demonstrating flexibility and organizational skills
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications. • Demonstrated experience in responding to inbound calls in a detail oriented and timely manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in data entry tasks, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and in a detail oriented manner
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manage and interpret data
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization
  • Experience in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting
  • Experience in scheduling appointments, with a focus on time management and organization
  • Familiarity with EHR System and its functionalities for managing patient records.
