Senior Accountant

We are in search of a Senior Accountant to become a part of our team in NWI. We are looking for a candidate who has extreme attention to detail and can work efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Execute public accounting duties with precision and in a timely manner
• Manage corporate tax matters and provide expert advice when required
• Prepare and process payroll in accordance to company standards
• Handle sales tax matters effectively, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Maintain high standards of accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Perform bookkeeping tasks diligently, ensuring all records are up to date
• Maintain a pleasant phone manner when dealing with customer inquiries
• Meet deadlines consistently, demonstrating strong time management skills
• Utilize QuickBooks software for a variety of accounting tasks.
• Demonstrable experience in Public Accounting
• Proficiency in Corporate Tax matters
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Tax procedures
• Experience in managing Payroll
• Familiarity with Sales Tax regulations
• Strong understanding of Accounting procedures
• Proficient in Bookkeeping tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with a Pleasant Phone Manner
• Demonstrated ability to work in a Deadline Oriented environment
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
