Job Type: Hybrid, 3 days in office

Position Overview:

Seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support our HR team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2-3 years of HR experience or 3-5 years in an administrative support role. Two openings are available with a focus on specific areas, as outlined below:

Role 2: Primarily focused on case management/triage and employee call center support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Support: Serve as the first-tier responder to employee inquiries via the call center and case management system.
• Case Management: Triage and address incoming tickets, exhausting all resources to resolve before routing to the relevant Center of Excellence (COE).
• HRBP Collaboration: Work with HR Business Partners to resolve questions related to employee data and address any issues arising from calls or emails.
• Vendor Invoicing: Process invoices for all HR vendors.
• Leave of Absence Assistance: Provide support as needed.
• COE Initiatives: Oversee initiatives related to employee support.
• Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of HR experience, or 3-5 years in an administrative support role.
• Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Experience with invoicing, employee call center, and/or case management is highly preferred.
