Sales Reporting Financial Analyst

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the Import/Export industry at Newport Beach, California. We are looking for a Sales Reporting Financial Analyst who is adept at using Tableau and Excel. As a Sales Reporting Financial Analyst, you will be tasked with analyzing sales trends, updating financial sheets, and handling sales reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret sales trends to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Update and maintain financial sheets with utmost accuracy.
• Handle sales reporting tasks efficiently.
• Utilize Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
• Use Excel formulas to process and analyze large datasets.
• Work with accounting software systems to streamline financial reporting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective measures.
• Manage and update spreadsheets with latest sales and financial data. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Demonstrated ability to use Tableau for data visualization
• Advanced knowledge of Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in Financial Reporting is mandatory
• Ability to create, manage, and analyze Spreadsheets effectively
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis are essential
• Experience in the Import/Export industry is a plus
