Human Resources Representative
Our HR Department is responsible for overseeing all conduct related to labor relations, progressive discipline, staffing of field and headquarters personnel, payroll and personnel actions for approximately 10,000 employees.
The Human Resources Representative provides administrative support to the HR department. Incumbent will be responsible for performing and maintaining transactions for field and office personnel, assisting applicants with navigating through electronic forms, following up with employees and other appropriate persons to resolve technical issues and preparing title and schedule change transactions using in-house software programs.Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Process paperwork for new hires, terminations and other status changes. Candidates are expected to be well-versed in Microsoft applications. Perform other duties as assigned.
