Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial real estate transactions with precision and professionalism.
- Draft and review contracts to ensure they are legally sound and beneficial to the client.
- Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, considering all potential legal implications.
- Assist with the formation of various entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft operating agreements for various entities, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the client.
- Work on commercial leases, providing expert advice to clients on their rights and obligations.
- Use skills in Transactional Law, Real Estate Law, and Commercial Real Estate Law to provide the best possible service to clients.
- Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active attorney license in Maryland
- Proficiency in transactional law and real estate law
- Specific experience in commercial real estate law is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
