Schedule Details: Supplemental or On Call, Day Shift
Under the general direction of the Manager - Cardiac Pulmonary Services, the Exercise Physiologist clinician provides direct patient care for outpatients by utilizing appropriate knowledge and skills in collaboration with other members of the health care team; providing skilled, creative discipline-specific therapeutic services to cardiopulmonary rehab patients.This includes standardized fitness assessments and exercise prescription of all assigned patients, and the development of a treatment plan. May supervise volunteers or other support personnel.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: Graduation from an accredited Exercise Science/Sport Science program
Completion of internshipNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association
AHA-ALS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
1 year of experience in an exercise related position (i.e., Exercise Instructor, Physical Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapy Aide, Athletic Trainer or Instructor, Personal Trainer) which may include school internship
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree
ACSM-CEP Certification1 year of cardiopulmonary rehab experience, and/or stress testing
Completion of a clinical internship
