Position Overview
Join Voice Up Publishing as an Executive Assistant Intern, working directly with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and daily operations. This dynamic role offers hands-on experience in high-level business operations while developing crucial professional skills in organization, communication, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for executive team
- Coordinate virtual meetings and team collaborations
- Prepare and edit professional communications
- Support project management and tracking
- Create and maintain organizational systems
- Participate in weekly Saturday afternoon collaborative sessions with our nationwide team of student leaders
- Draft meeting minutes and action items
- Research and analyze information for executive decisions
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
