The Roles Mission

We are currently seeking an experienced and collaborative

Legacy Apps Transformation Project Manager

to join our global teams. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive technical roadmap for the replacement of core legacy estate by identifying requirements, developing and executing strategic plans to retire it. This effort is critical for standardizing processing and data management, including existing data pipelines to support our Global client-facing platform.

Key Outcomes

Identify the capabilities and functionalities needed to replace legacy platforms (joint work with Product and Regional tech teams).
Assess functionality gaps within strategic applications or the need to build new ones.
Write the requirements for new development or improvement of existing enterprise solutions.
Develop a detailed plan and roadmap, ensuring they align with the current strategic direction (work in partnership with Product, tech engineering, and tech regions teams).
Enforce standardization of approaches across the organization to benefit the Data Pipeline workstream and its goal of building a single global pipeline and platform.
Identify legacy applications, region-specific configurations, and resource gaps to enable targeted intervention and investment.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to secure the estate and provide value against the investment.

Ensure alignment of apps and data standards with the Data Pipeline strategic project to prevent divergence.

Key Capabilities

Your background will ideally look like this

University Degree (Bachelors or Masters Degree) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent fields.
Business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum Required).
Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in Application Development and Project Management experience working with legacy applications will be highly appreciated.
Strong understanding of data pipeline processes, global platforms, and legacy application management.
Familiarity with standardization approaches and best practices.

Experience working within Agile Methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN Frameworks).
