Hybrid Schedule: Onsite 2-3 days/week
Day to Day:
The Operations and Production Support Technical Analyst will be monitoring production systems, troubleshooting issues related to applications,databases and infrastructure and participate/contribute in root cause analysis. He/She will also support technical work to ensure customer
issues are resolved within the Service Level Agreement and work closely with our service partner to achieve group goals and customer
satisfaction. Technical analyst will also collaborate closely with other DSD teams and provide training to guide team members on system
functionalities and support processes.
Required Technical Skills:
JAVA 8, 11, 17, Spring Boot, MSSQL, PGSQL, DB2, RedHat OCP, Linux, Windows IIS and AWS Native Services like S3, Lambda and CloudWatch.
Nice to have Technical Skills: NodeJS and Angular
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS’- BS/MS degree
- Scripting, database querying, and batch job knowledge
Mandatory Skills and Expertise:
- 5+ of years of experience in Operational and technical support roles
- 3+ in a technical lead or equivalent hands-on role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to define new processes and improve existing processes, document, and deploy them
- Ability to analyze issues using monitoring tools and restore services by recommending counter measures.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and ServiceNow
