This opportunity starts as a long-term contract role, with strong potential for permanent hire for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform rent analysis and manage rent payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and landlords.
  • Investigate and resolve rent and landlord/tenant issues, demonstrating a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Review annual landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations for accuracy and compliance with lease terms.
  • Handle data entry and ensure accurate management of lease documents.
  • Monitor and maintain critical dates for lease agreements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage subtenant accounts, including billing and collections of third-party tenant rents.
  • Provide accurate responses to Lease Analyst questions related to procedures, lease interpretation, and billing calculations.
  • Assist with the training of new Lease Analysts, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives assigned by the manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and financial aptitude, with experience in lease analysis or related roles.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills to foster productive client and landlord relationships.
  • Experience with financial reconciliation and lease compliance.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems (e.g., Excel, database platforms, or lease management software) is a plus.
  • Experience in commercial real estate or property management is preferred, but not required.
