Nimbly managing cash applications and deductions processes, ensuring they align with our departmental procedures
Accessing cash application tool and Oracle to review customer remittances and put on your wizard hat to apply payments
Mastering the art of creating deductions in Oracle
Seamlessly bringing into existence and applying credit memos

Your Qualifications:

A laser-focused attention to detail and an almost obsessive need for organisation
Your dexterity in effective verbal and written communication skills would make Shakespeare envious!
Basic software and computer skills – the more Rambo, the better!
A High School Diploma or higher.

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
Demonstrable experience in Billing procedures
Competence in Cash Applications and Cash Collections
Proficiency in Commercial Collections
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Oracle software
Experience in handling Remittance processes
Strong understanding of the Wholesale Distribution industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role within the Wholesale Distribution industry would be advantageous.
