Production Supervisor
The Assembly Manager collaborates with the Quality Control and Supply Chain teams, implements cost-control measures, and fosters effective communication across departments. Additionally, they prepare detailed production reports, promote a culture of safety, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
ProducƟon Oversight: o Assist in planning and coordinaƟng assembly/packaging acƟviƟes of 5 products to meet
producƟon goals and deadlines.
o Monitor daily assembly operaƟons, idenƟfying and addressing any issues that mayimpact producƟvity.
Quality Assurance: o Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet established quality
standards.o Implement and enforce quality control procedures and conduct regular inspecƟons.
Team Leadership: o Supervise and provide guidance to producƟon staff, ensuring adherence to company
policies and safety regulaƟons.o Assist in recruiƟng, training, and evaluaƟng assembly/packing personnel.
Process Improvement: o IdenƟfy opportuniƟes for process opƟmizaƟon and efficiency improvements.
o Work closely with the Manufacturing Manager to implement process enhancements.
Inventory Management:
o Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring materials are available for producƟon asneeded.
o Collaborate with the Supply Chain department to opƟmize inventory control procedures.
Safety and Compliance: o Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety
regulaƟons.o Assist in safety training classroom and pracƟce hands-on as needed.
o InvesƟgate and report any accidents or safety violaƟons.
o Must maintain personal first-aid training compliance.

- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
