- 1+ years collaborating with customers directly or in a retail store environment
-1+ years retail sales experience in a commission/bonus based retail environment Location: Summerville, SC Hours: Availability Retail Hours Salary: $16-$18 hourly + commission
salary: $33,280 - $37,440 per yearshift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities- Provide impactful training and education to retail sales associates on the features and benefits of products and services.
- Weekly inventory counts, returns, and overall store daily operations.
- Build solid partnerships with store sales associates.
- Lead from the front with daily sales activities and conduct selling events, etc
- Participate in team trainings, execution of team contests, and being an active participant.

- Retail Sales (1 year of experience is required)
