Part Time - Assistant Office Manager
I have a client located in Mobile, AL looking for a Part Time Assistant Manager for his storage facility.
Responsibilities
Assistant Store Managers contribute to a successful property by running an organized office, engaging positively with customers, earnestly following up on leads, maintaining existing business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating clearly with the entire management team.
The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and takes delight in finding great solutions for problems.
This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage & parking, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.
Preparing rental agreements
Handling financial transactions and banking activities
Maintaining a working knowledge of all product and services
Provide excellent customer service.
Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
Maintain facilities - sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, etc.
Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperating with team members.
Maintaining a working knowledge of all product and services
Maintaining general curb appeal
Other duties as assigned by the Company.
