Qualifications:

Licensure/CertificationMust be licensed as a pharmacist by the Florida Board of Pharmacy or obtain license within 4 months of hire.
ExperienceMust meet one (1) of the following:
Two (2) years completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or Fellowship in specialty area consistent with practice needs of the
institution.
One (1) year completion of an ASHP-accredited residency plus specialty practice experience (1+ years) consistent with the
practice needs of the institution.
Five (5) years of clinical pharmacy experience consistent with the practice needs of the institution.
